Policies:

Clients are welcome to change during their studio shoot, but it does take time off of your session.

Please DO NOT come in smelling strongly of any type of smoke.

IN STUDIO- Please be respectful of my space.

Retainers (50% of session price) are due at booking, NO later. You are not officially on my books until this is paid

Retainers are NON-refundable and NON-transferable

If you are late to your session the time does not stop, full payment will still be paid. Example: You book a 30 minute session, and show up 10 minutes late. You will only have 20 minutes of shoot time.

Same day sessions will be an extra $30 added on to your initial payment

Props that are provided- Backdrop, birthday props (1 year session), stool (toddler & adult stool), and all props for mini sessions.

Rush fee: 4-5 day rush fee $35 // 1-2 day rush fee $55

Clients can take BTS during session

DO NOT edit over images. If you want another edit, or to change something please let me know.

DO NOT screenshot images. I send over a link so you can download them. Screenshotting images takes away the quality.

Cancelation

Cancelations are to be made at least 48 hours prior to the event


Cancelation of photoshoot = NO return of retainer


Cancelation of photoshoot less than 48 hours prior to the event will require a $25 fee to be able to get back on my books.


A no call no show will not allow you to work with ASG photography anymore.


RESCHEDULE

You will only be able to reschedule ONCE- this is only for 30-minute+ shoots.


A new retainer will have to be paid


Mini sessions can NOT be rescheduled. If I have two days for these, you can change the date, but another non-refundable will have to be paid.

  4. We will pick a time and day that works for both of us
  5. Then we wait until YOUR day.
